Rosalyn Berne is an ethicist giving special attention to nanotechnology. She teaches at the University of Virginia, where she is part of the schools nanomaterials center. She also is supported by an NSF CAREER award, "Ethics and Belief Inside the Development of Nanotechnology", National Science Foundation (NSF), 2002-2007.
